The following side effects can occur during treatment with Etoricoxib: 1- Very Common: stomach pain 2- Common: dry socket, oedema, dizziness, headache, palpitations (fast or irregular heartbeat), irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia), increased blood pressure, gastritis, heartburn, diarrhoea, indigestion (dyspepsia)/stomach discomfort, nausea, being sick (vomiting), inflammation of the oesophagus and mouth ulcers
1- If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to Etoricoxib or any of the other ingredients of this medicine 2- If you are allergic to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), including aspirin and COX-2 inhibitors 3- If you have a current stomach ulcer or bleeding in your stomach or intestines 4- If you have serious liver or kidney disease 5- If you are or could be pregnant or are breast-feeding 6- If you are under 16 years of age 7- If you have uncontrolled high blood pressure 8- If your doctor has diagnosed heart problems including heart failure (moderate or severe types), angina (chest pain)), heart attack
1- You have a history of heart failure, or any other form of heart disease 2- You have a history of high blood pressure. Etoricoxib can increase blood pressure in some people, especially in high doses 3- You have any history of liver or kidney disease 4- You are being treated for an infection. Etoricoxib can mask or hide a fever, which is a sign of infection 5- You have any risk of heart diseases 6- You are a woman trying to become pregnant
